1. Fry beef steaks in hot oil. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Add onion; stir until golden.
3. Add pepper strips, thyme, potato and Salsa verde sauce. Boil for 3 minutes on low heat.
4. Serve; accompany with Frijoles Negros Refritos beans and cheese.
