Wrapped Cheese with Roasted Green Sauce

Preparation time
1. Fry purslane with oil. Add Salsa Verde sauce. Cook at medium heat for 3 minutes.
2. Roast panela cheese on both sides. Spread panela cheese with beans and fold one half.
3. Serve on dinner plate, pour Salsa Verde sauce on and top with tomato cubes.
