Ingredients
Preparation time
1. Fry eggs using hot oil. Season with salt and pepper. Scramble eggs until well cooked. Keep aside.
2. Mix Salsa Para Enfrijoladas with the Salsa Verde. Heat.
3. Fry tortillas; remove excess oil. Put scrambled eggs as filling and roll. Pour the sauces mixture on filled tortillas.
4. Serve topped with lettuce, pork sausage, sour cream, grated cheese and Jalapeños Enteros peppers.
