Beans with Green Sauce Pork Chops

Preparation time
1. Heat oil and fry onion and avocado leaf until lightly brown.
2. Add Frijoles Refritos Bayos beans. Fry for 5 minutes; stir continuously. Add ½ cup Salsa Verde sauce; mix. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
3. Heat oil (2); fry pork chops until golden brown.
4. Add remaining sauce; cook on medium heat for ten minutes. Add cilantro; mix. Turn heat off. Serve on a bed of beans.
