Preparation time

1. Mix shredded chicken with sliced red onion, olive oil, chopped cilantro, nachos pickled jalapeño peppers, season with salt and pepper to taste.

2. Spread the corn tostada with the refried beans, top with the prepared chicken, finish with sour cream, and crumbled cotija cheese.
