Preparation time
1. Heat sauce with water. Season with salt and pepper. Add Elote Dorado corn and cilantro. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
2. Add eggs in boiling sauce (one at a time). Cook covered for 5 minutes.
3. Serve hot.
