
Ingredients
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Salsa Verde La Costeña®
- 2 tbsps Cilantro
- 1 1/2 cups Parboiled rice
- 2 Englishes zucchini cut in cubes
- 1 can Elote Dorado La Costeña®
- 2 tbsps Vegetable oil
- 4 Bonelesses and skinless chicken breast
- Salt and pepper to taste
You can prepare this recipe with:
Preparation time
1. Blend chicken broth, Salsa Verde sauce and cilantro.
2. Put rice in a wide oven dish. Add above blended mixture, English zucchini and Elote Dorado corn. Season with salt and pepper. Combine and set aside.
3. Fry chicken breasts in oil until golden on both sides and place them on rice.
4. Cover oven dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
