Chicken Entomatadas with beans

Preparation time
1. Heat two tablespoons oil. Fry chicken and Frijoles Bayos Refritos beans until lightly golden. Keep them hot.
2. Heat Pure de Tomate puree and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Set aside.
3. Fry tortillas in remaining oil. Fill them with chicken.
4. Cover them with sauce. Accompany filled tortillas with cheese and chopped onion.
