1. Marinate pork chops with Salsa Negra sauce for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Fry pork chops in hot oil. Add onions, Salsa Roja sauce, cilantro and water. Cover pork chops. Cook on low heat for 50 minutes.
3. Serve hot.
