Preparation time
1. Chop Rajas Rojas pepper and mix with Ensalada de Verduras vegetables, chicken, and Mayonesa Aderezo mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Slice croissants in halves. Place one lettuce leave as base and two tablespoons mixture on each half.
3. Serve at room temperature; or hot if desired.
