Preparation time
1. Blend water, milk and cilantro.
2. Heat Crema de Chile Poblano cream. Add two tablespoon Elote Dorado corn; above mixture. Cook for 4 minutes on low heat. Set aside hot.
3. Mix the rest of Elote Dorado with cheese.
4. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Stuff chicken with corn and cheese mixture.
5. Fry stuffed chicken breast in oil until golden on both sides, ensuring meat is well done.
6. Serve with cilantro sauce.
