Preparation time
1. Heat oil and fry onion until lightly brown.
2. Add zucchini and fry for 3 minutes. Bring in Elote Dorado, chicken, Mole Verde sauce. Mix until combined. Season with salt to taste.
3. Cut the Mexican Day of the Dead Bread horizontally through the middle. Fill with green mole mixture. Serve.
