Preparation time
1. Spread three tablespoon rice on aluminum sheet. Place one fillet on rice. On each fillet pour two tablespoon Salsa Ranchera sauce, two tablespoon Ensala de Verduras vegetables, two tablespoon butter. Add three epazote herb leaves and three lime slices.
2. Seal edges and bake at 180 °C for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
