Beans with pork and serrano peppers

Preparation time
1. Fry pork meat with oil until golden. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Add ¾ chicharron, Frijoles Negros Enteros beans, avocado leave, sliced epazote and four tablespoon Rodajas de Chiles Serranos en Escabeche peppers.
3. Cook on low heat until meat is well done.
4. Serve hot.
5. Accompany with remaining chicharrón, onion, radish and Rodajas de Chiles Serranos en Escabeche pepper.
