Molded Eggs with tomato sauce and cheese

This is a very creative twist for your breakfast. Enjoy!
Ingredients
Preparation time
1. Mix whole eggs with Puré de Tomate [tomato puree] and shake.
2. Half fill oven-proof prep bowls with beans. Fully fill prep bowls with egg and Oaxaca cheese.
3. Place on baking sheet and bake at 180 °C for 10 minutes.
4. Serve hot topped with onion and cilantro (coriander).
