Preparation time
1. Slice Peras pears obliquely. Set aside.
2. Fry pork chops in oil.
3. In same fry pan roast the pears.
4. Cut fried pork chops in strips.
5. Cut ciabatta rolls in half. Spread mayonnaise and mustard. Put spinach, onion, sliced pork chop and pears on one half roll.
6. Repeat similar action for each roll.
7. Cut in half and serve.
