Esquites with bacon

When we talk about Sabor, there is nothing like Esquites La Costeña® …with some bacon, of course.
Preparation time
1. Heat a pan, add oil and grill the both sides of the pineapple slices. Cut in cubes and reserve.
2. Heat Esquites La Costeña® in a pot until they reach a gentle boil.
3. Serve the esquites on a bowl, add the pineapple cubes, fried bacon and the pickled jalapeño slices.
4. Drizzle Salsa negra over the esquites and lime juice to taste. Serve with fresh cheese and chili powder.
