Egg with Mexican style machaca roll

Preparation time
1. Fry machaca beef with two tablespoons oil. Add Ensalada de Verduras vegetables and Salsa Mexicana sauce. Cook until liquids evaporate.
2. Prepare a thin omelet (use two piece egg per person)
3. Fill omelet with machaca. Roll it and serve hot with a little more Salsa and chopped cilantro.
4. Repeat same action for each roll.
