Preparation time
1. With oil fry garlic, Pimiento Morron sweet red pepper and chopped almond.
2. Add water and sour cream. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Blend.
3. Pour blended mixture to a saucepan. Add Elote Dorado corn and cook for 5 more minutes on low heat.
4. Serve on individual dinner plates; top with roasted almond.
