Chicken Mexican-style empanadas

With this succulent Mexican dish you will conquer even the most demanding foodies.
Ingredients
Preparation time
1. Mix chicken, Ensalada Campesina vegetables and Salsa Mexicana sauce.
2. Roll puff pastry, 3 mm thick. Cut in circles about 15cm in diameter. Brush edge of pastry with egg.
3. Put chicken mixture into puff-pastry rounds. Fold one side and press borders using tip of a spoon to seal empanadas.
4. Place empanadas on baking sheet. Brush with remaining egg. Bake at 200°C for 10 to 15 minutes.
5. Serve with Salsa Mexicana sauce.
