Cream of mushrooms with bacon and chipotle pepper in puff pastry

Ingredients
Preparation time
1. Heat mushroom cream with milk and water.
2. Mix bacon with sour cream and Chipotle Pepper in Adobo Sauce.
3. Roll puff pastry on floured surface; cut in 4 15x15 cm squares.
4. Pour mushroom cream in deep ovenproof containers. Add bacon mixture distributed between bowls.
5. Brush over puff pastry edges with eggs. Cover each bowl with one puff pastry square.
6. Brush over top of puff pastry with remaining egg.
7. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C. Serve hot.
