Preparation time
1. Mix Frijoles Bayos beans with one tablespoon cilantro and two tablespoons Salsa Casera sauce.
2. Mix cream with two tablespoons Salsa Casera sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
3. Make small balls with tortilla dough and stuff with beans.
4. Press stuffed tortilla dough balls and shape in oval form to make tlacoyos. Cook them on both sides in fry pan or tortilla griddle.
5. Serve tlacoyos hot. Top with prepared cream, cheese, onion and remaining cilantro.
