Preparation time

1. Heat a pan, add oil, cook the onion until it gets golden brown and add the chorizo slices.

2. Add the beans and cook until they reach a boil. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Serve the bean salad and top with pork crackling and pickled jalapeño slices.
