Preparation time

1. Mix Mayonesa Aderezo mayonnaise with Salsa de Habanero sauce and cilantro

2. Combine cheese and Elote Dorado corn in another bowl.

3. Roll puff pastry on floured surface shaping a 45 cm. X 15 cm rectangle. Cut in 15 X 15 cm squares

4. Halve franks without totally separating halves.

5. Fill them with cheese and corn mixture.

6. Cover with puff pastry squares. Make cuts on top. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame.

7. Beak for 20 minutes at 180°C.

8. Serve hot. Add Habanero dressing.
