Preparation time

1. Mix corn, cilantro and Salsa Arriera La Costeña®.

2. Make a lengthwise cut in fish fillet, without totally separating the sides.

3. Stuff fish with corn mixture.

4. Fry fish with oil. Add garlic. When garlic begins to be gold, add remaining Salsa sauce and reduce heat to the minimum. Cover and cook for 10 minutes

5. Serve hot. Top with some cilantro.
