Preparation time

1. Fry medallions in two tablespoons oil. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside

2. Fry garlic in two tablespoons oil. Add mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes. Add Pimiento Morrón sweet pepper, sour cream, water y milk.

3. Bring to a boil. Add Salsa Negra sauce. Mix and remove from heat.

4. Cover medallions with hot sauce
