Chicken meatballs in Salsa Ranchera with zucchini

1. Mix ground chicken meat with egg, beans, chopped coriander, salt and pepper.
2. Mix Ranchera Salsa,Frijoles Bayos broth and water. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Add epazote.
3. Keep above preparation on low heat. Prepare small balls with chicken mixture, and place them in broth, one at a time. At the end add zucchini. Cover and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
