- 3 tbsps Mermelada de Chabacano La Costeña®
- 3 tbsps Salsa Casera con Chipotle La Costeña®
- 1 cup Manchego type cheese cut in 1.5x1.5 cm cubes
- 1/2 cup Apple cut in 1.5x1.5 cm cubes
- 12 Sticks
- 2 tbsps Chopped pecan and coconut

Preparation time
1. Mix Mermelada de Chabacano apricot jam and Salsa Casera chipotle sauce
2. Prepare skewers with Manchego-type cheese and apple, dip skewers in chipotle apricot dressin.
3. Serve in platter; top with pecan and coconut.
