Preparation time
1. Hollow out potatoes.
2. Stuff with Refried Pinto Beans, Mexican Salsa and cheese.
3. Bake potatoes for 5 minutes at 200°C.
4. Serve potatoes hot with a little extra Mexican Salsa.
