Penne with chipotle sauce

Preparation time
1. Heat butter. Add white-button mushrooms and spinach. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
2. Add Chipotles en Trozos peppers, Puré de Tomate puree, sour cream and short-size penne. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Add asadero cheese at the end. Cook for 5 more minutes at low heat.
4. Serve hot topped with almonds.
