BBQ Chipotle Sauce Pork Chops

These ribs in chipotle BBQ sauce are for finger licking. What a treat!
Ingredients
Preparation time
1. Cook pork chops, garlic, bay, onion, water and salt in pressure cooker for 20 minutes.
2. In a pot place Salsa Cátsup ketchup, Salsa Negra suace, Chipotles Picados en Adobo peppers, vinegar and pepper; mix. Heat; blend; set aside.
3. Place pork chops on baking sheet. Brush with above sauce. Bake for 5 minutes at 200°C. Brush again. End baking for 5 more minutes at 200°C.
4. Cut pork chops. Serve smothered with sauce. Accompany with mashed potatoes to personal taste.
